We've all seen his funny side. But recently David Spade showed his humanitarian side by saving an animal shelter.
David just donated $10,000 to a local animal shelter in his hometown of Lakeside, Arizona because it was falling apart.
The facility had no way of being able to have the means to renovate in that way, and now they do.
The shelter specializes in rescuing animals that have been abandoned in the surrounding mountains, and cares for them until they are adopted.
We love that David picked something close to home, and didn't have to go off publicizes his charity efforts like most celebrities do these days. It makes us love him that much more!
