There’s going to be one less hot mess in Hollywood, because David Hasselhoff is moving to London!

He’s reportedly taking over for Simon Cowell as the new judge on Britain’s Got Talent. There goes the credibility of that show! According to Popeater, the deal is done.

"David is super excited about the move," says an insider. "He's in London over the holidays going to theater and looking at apartments for when he moves full-time early next year."

I love that he was fired from America’s Got Talent for being a drunken slob kabob, and the Brits are like, “We don’t care! We’ll take him!”

I’m not surprised though—the Hoff has some weird cult following in Europe that no American could ever understand. He should have just gone straight to Germany’s Got Talent--he’s like their Brad Pitt over there.

"It's a brand-new start for David and he couldn't be more exited," a close friend of the actor says. "His new reality show on A&E is bound to be a hit and now he is returning to TV in the show that found Susan Boyle. What could be bigger than that?"

I could think of several things bigger—like, oh say, a real television show?! But hey, he’ll take what he can get at this point. At least the Hoff isn’t our problem for a little while!
Week 2 of Dancing with the Stars is going to kick off tonight and the rundown looks great!

Audrina Patridge is going to do the quickstep to "Love Machine," while Mike "The Situation" will attempt the same dance but to "We No Speak Americano."

Frontrunners Maks and Brandy will Jive to "Magic" and our favorite Kyle Massey will do the quickstep to "I Want You To."

According to TMZ, Seal will sing his new song, "Weight of My Mistake," Tuesday night, and Janelle Monae will sing "Tightrope." Here's the full rundown:

Nooot the Hoff! Poor David Hasselhoff danced his little heart out on Monday night but his 15/30 score put in the bottom of the leader board.

After the scores and votes from viewers were combined it was down to just two couples on Tuesday night's results show: David Hasselhoff and pro Kym Johnson and Kyle Massey and his pro Lacey Schwimmer. The Hoff was eventually eliminated.

"It's been a great ride," he said before taking another spin around the dance floor. "I feel bad for Kym because she worked so hard to try and get me where I was going. I'm just so proud that my daughters are here and got to see me go this far. So, it's great."

The Situation and Margaret Cho need to step up their game or they will be the next to go! They were also in the bottom few.

Were you bummed about The Hoff getting eliminated? Who do you think should have gone home? Tell us your thoughts!
The new season of Dancing with the Stars may seem like it's mostly reality show stars, but they originally went after a few really big names.

Sylvester Stallone was asked to be on the 11th season of the hit show, but decided it wasn’t for him.

Funny guy Joel McHale, entrepreneur Richard Branson, actor Tim Allen, former US Secretary Of State Condoleezza Rice, and actress Kirstie Alley were also asked to be on, but decided against it.

“We’ve approached a lot of people over the years. People say no for a variety of reasons. Some people like the show but think they suck at dancing. It’s a lot easier to say no than it is to say yes,” executive producer Conrad Green said. “Every season you move things forward.

“When we first started, there weren’t many reality shows, now there are a billion of them. Everyone interesting to watch has either had a reality show or been approached for one. Those are the people buzzed about, and they are the same people that will make our show compelling to watch.”

But don't worry Audrina Patridge, The Situation and the Hoff should be entertaining enough for you to tune in. What do you think of the new season cast?

The new cast of Dancing with the Stars has been revealed, and it's not as bad as we originally thought.

The women: Singer Brandy; Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey; Margaret Cho; The Hills stars Audrina Patridge; Florence Henderson; and Bristol Palin.

"She's excited for me ... she knows this will be hard work," Palin told Us Weekly when asked how her mom Sarah felt about her new gig. Will she be in the ballroom? "Hopefully!" she told DWTS host Tom Bergeron.

And for the men: Singer Michael Bolton; Jersey Shore's Mike "The Situation"; David Hasselhoff; NBA champ Rick Fox; NFL quarterback Kurt Warner; rapper Kyle Massey.

Hasselhoff said, "I think it's going to be harder than the Comedy Central roast .. but I am happy to be here. My two daughters love this show and convinced me to do it."

It's too bad they couldn't get Lindsay Lohan to do the show, that would have kept us glued to the tube. What do you think of the new cast? Will you tune in?

The new season of Dancing with the Stars is going to be an interesting one.

It's mostly dominated by reality show stars, but we hear David Letterman will also be joining the 11th season.

Us Weekly confirmed that The Hoff will join the cast, which includes Audrina Patridge, The Situation, Ali Fedotowsky and her fiancé Roberto Martinez.

It would be great if they could get Lindsay Lohan on the show. Who else would you want to see on the show?

David Hasselhoff just can't seem to get it together. He's back in the hospital after reportedly going on a three day drinking binge.

The Hoff was taken to the hospital on Sunday by his 17-year-old daughter Hayley--again. It's the fifth time he's been hospitalized for a reported drinking problem in the past five years.

Of course Hoff continues to deny that he has a problem. He insists he's just fine but he keeps ending up back in the hospital. Hollyscoop caught up with him at this years Wango Tango and he looked anything but fine.

Kate Gosselin to Dance Dirty with the Hoff

"I'm sure he'll try to deny it this time, too," the source told Radaronline. "And that's sad, because it's his daughter who is suffering when she has to take care of him after a bender."

"It's a tough situation for that family," the source said. "The parents have problems and don't get along. There's a lot of denial going on and the kids are suffering because of it."

He's a huge mess and he still continues to find work. It's unbelievable. Who would hire this guy?

UPDATE: According to the Hoff, he was never in the hospital. Hmmm...

If you thought Kate Gosselin getting kicked off Dancing With the Stars meant she was going to disappear back to Pennsylvania, you were wrong!

The mom of eight is reportedly scanning Hollywood bachelors at the moment in hopes of finding a new man.

According to Popeater, Kate has her eye on two guys in particular, and we almost thought this was a late April Fools joke. The two top picks are Jeff Goldblum and David Hasselhoff.

A friend of the mom of eight says, "Kate is serious about going Hollywood and thinks dating a celebrity is a great idea. When Kate sees how Tom Cruise changed Katie Holmes life, it became clear that she needed to do the same.

Kate Gosselin Slams Jon Gosselin

Obviously, she knows she's not yet ready to date a George Clooney, but she thinks she would be the perfect partner for a Jeff Goldblum or someone like David Hasselhoff."

Yeah, the Hoff is a real good choice since he screams father figure. Did Kate happen to miss that drunken burger session caught on tape last year? Sadly, the only person desperate enough to date her to get more press is her ex-husband Jon Gosselin.
David Hasselhoff keeps f-ing up and someone keeps getting him new gigs. Hoff is reportedly set to headline his own Las Vegas show...just like the heavyweights.

The Hoff is currently working on a "musical show," which will be a cross between ‘Knight Rider’ and the classic ‘Sin City’ performances of stars like Frank Sinatra.

Alcoholism Reason for Hasselhoff's Firing

Speaking of his plans, he said, “I think it’s going to be very soon now that I’m back here with my own show. I have a musical show. We just performed it and it went great. We’re getting offers. I’m talking with hotels here.

“It will be the ‘Rat Pack’ meets ‘The Hoff’ meets ‘Knight Rider’. Maybe I’ll start downtown. I like it here. It has the old Vegas vibe and then I’ll move it to the Strip later.”

David Hasselhoff Quits America's Got Talent

He added to the Las Vegas Sun newspaper: “I’m the busiest I’ve been in a long time. I’m going over to Germany, where my music business is still extraordinarily big. I’m recording a new romantic songs CD and for US television network PBS, we will shoot a special in the castles of Ireland, with the Celtic women dancing in unison with me.”

He needs to give his agent a huge thank you bonus. We really don't see him pulling this show off, considering his boozed up past, but we still wish him the best.
This isn’t shocking at all! News just surfaced that the reason for David Hasselhoff’s firing was because of his excessive alcoholism. He claims that he wanted to leave the show to pursue his own TV show, but that was highly doubted since the announcement.

Sources on the show say advertisers were unhappy with David’s image, especially with all the problems he’s had lately. Last Halloween, Hoff was hospitalized for alcoholism. Just weeks earlier, he was allegedly taken out of a back entrance at Simon Cowell’s 50th birthday party in London after he got too drunk and started swearing at fellow guests.

“This has built up for some time,” a production insider told The Daily Mail. “David has been in the papers a lot for his drunken behavior and he doesn’t seem to want to clean up his act. He was absolutely devastated at the news. The show provided the majority of his income.”

Hasselhoff is expected to be replaced by Deal Or No Deal host Howie Mandel. Nice try on that cover-up, Hoff!
