It looks like David Duchovny's rehab days are behind him! He was seen over the weekend with wife Tea Leoni at the Czech Days festival in New York City.

It was just last month that he checked himself in for sex addiction. We didn’t know that he’d “recover” to fast!

The couple strolled around the blocked off streets checking out vendors and performances. We have to ask…is it considered relapsing if he has sex with his wife???
