David Duchovny and Tea Leoni back on?

As far as we knew, Tea Leoni and David Duchovny were history. David went into treatment for sex addiction and when he got back last month, the couple announced their intentions to get divorced.

After spotting Tea and David looking pretty amicable, spies for Page Six seem to think otherwise.

The couple was seen on the Upper East Side over the weekend with their two children, Madelaine and Kyd. The happy little family was taking advantage of Halloween by trick-or-treating together.

A source said, "They were very cute and were holding hands." They said that Tea and David even "looked very mellow and relaxed chatting with friends." Could there be a reunion on the horizon?
