The publication has rounded out ’08 with a list of the most surprising scandals of the year. And coming in on top is David Duchovny’s sex addiction fiasco that landed him in rehab. 35% of readers polled agreed that that was the juiciest story of them all.
With 20% of the vote, OJ Simpson came in second for being found guilty for his Las Vegas heist. And although it was considered a scandal, we think a lot of people were happy that he was finally getting what he deserved years ago: jail time!
Coming in at number three with 13% of the vote is Christian Bale’s alleged domestic battery charge. That did shock us pretty well, but we knew deep down that he would probably would never have done something like that, and the whole thing was a bit embellished.
Heather Locklear’s DUI was voted on by 12% of the readers. We all knew Heather had a substance abuse problem, but we didn’t realize she wasn’t smart enough to hire a driver! Ryan O’Neal and his son being charged with felony drug possession took 7% of the vote. And keeping things in the family, Tatum O’Neal’s arrest after trying to buy crack is next on the list.

After spotting Tea and David looking pretty amicable, spies for Page Six seem to think otherwise.
The couple was seen on the Upper East Side over the weekend with their two children, Madelaine and Kyd. The happy little family was taking advantage of Halloween by trick-or-treating together.
A source said, "They were very cute and were holding hands." They said that Tea and David even "looked very mellow and relaxed chatting with friends." Could there be a reunion on the horizon?

David’s lawyer turned around and said his client will be launching legal action over the article because he “never had a romantic or sexual relationship with her.”
Sounds like David should be having a talk with Edit, not the Daily Mail! If there was no relationship, why is she acting like there was? Sounds like we’re not getting the whole story here.

The Daily Maill reports that 28-year-old Edit Parkay was giving him more than just tennis tips. She says, "We have a very, very close friendship. He is in great shape. He is a wonderful man. He's very intelligent, very kind and good man."
When asked if they were having an affair, Parkay said, "I don't want to say anything that might hurt David. I am not going to deny it. I don't know what our relationship means to him."
Well that’s pretty much the same as saying yes! It seems both David and Tea were pretty much over their marriage. She was rumored to be hooking up with Billy Bob!

David just recently finished treatment for a self-admitted sex addiction and things have been tense at home. Rumors swirled that he and his wife of 11 years, Tea Leoni, were splitting, then back together, then splitting again.
To quiet the chatter, Tea released a statement through her rep and confirmed the news. "In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months. The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children."
They have two kids together, daughter Madelaine West, 9, and son Kyd, 6. Looks like Madonna started a trend this week. Wonder who's next!?
