David Caruso has got himself into one mess that even Lt. Horatio Caine would have trouble fixing!

His ex-girlfriend Liza Marquez has slapped him with a lawsuit alleging that he never made good on their deal to support her financially after their split in 2007.

David and Liza met in 2004, and quickly moved in together and have had two children together. But Caruso decided to break things off in ’07 when Liza was pregnant with their second child. He reportedly agreed to give her $1 million as compensation.

But now Marquez says Caruso has never fulfilled his promise, and has even threatened to “bury” her if she pursues him further. So now she’s suing him for fraud, breach of settlement agreement and emotional distress.

Some of the things Liza claims Caruso did and said to her are appalling. Apparently he asked her to terminate her first pregnancy, and told her, “I guess for now you’ll just be a birthing cow.”

He also allegedly accused Liza of wanting to sleep with actor Billy Dee Williams. And it gets worse from there! According to Marquez, Caruso raised his hand to her while she was pregnant.

Good thing Liza is taking the bull by the horns and getting what she deserves. She has two children to take care of now. And he makes more than enough money to help out with child support at the very least!
