Medical Examiner: David Carradine's Death Wasn't Suicide

A Medical examiner has just completed a second autopsy on David Carradine, ruling out the theory that his death may have been suicide.

Carradine’s family hired Dr. Michael Baden of the HBO show Autopsy to conduct a second one after David’s body was delivered back to the U.S.

Baden told the media, “The cause of death was asphyxiation, an inability to breathe, now why that happened is still what we’re working on.”

“He didn’t die of natural causes, and he didn’t die of suicidal causes from the nature of the ligatures around the body, so that leaves some kind of accidental death.”

Baden also hasn’t ruled out possible autoerotic asphyxiation, because of how the actor’s body was found in a closet with his hands tied and a rope around his neck.

Carradine’s brothers had no comment on the results of the second autopsy. We fell so sorry for the family. They lost David and still have so many unanswered questions.

Didn't think he committed suicide, but continued prayers for the family. It's hard, even harder without answers.

Pretty sure it sounds like auto-erotic asphyxiation. He does have a history of participating in such acts. Too bad he had to die from it...
