Ever since Hollyscoop has been up and running, we’ve been anything but coy about our admiration towards David Beckham. Who are we kidding? We’re obsessed with the guy! We’ve even dedicated an entire day to him every week for over a year now, “Beckham Tuesday”. When David and his fabulous wife Victoria Beckham made their move to America, we really couldn’t be more thrilled because we knew it was only a matter of time before we would run into him at a local hot spot.
Seems like the Soccer Gods were in our favor last night because we had our very own Beckham sighting. We were dining at the Chateau Marmont after leaving the LORAC Cosmetics/miss davenporte Showstopper Launch party at the hotel penthouse and Victoria Beckham walks in. She walked in with two people sporting a hot short black dress. We were in total shock and began wondering what would actually happen if David came too.
Within 30 minutes of her arrival a bright light shined (not really) and in came David Beckham. Talk about having a superstar presence! The entire room turned and went into aww mode.
Becks walked through the doors and headed outside to dine with his wife and pals, which included Dita Von Teese, Eva Longoria and Tony Parker, among others.
Can you say “star struck?” We see celebrities on a daily basis and not once have we been in complete shock or been so star-struck. Let’s just say if you think David is hot in the ads or on the field, well he’s much hotter in person! August 2, 2007 was a momentous day at Hollyscoop.com
