Hollyscoop's main man David Beckham has ended a lucrative $6 million deal with Gillette razor. Apparently Beckham turned down an extension on his contract to concentrate on his move to Los Angeles Galaxy this month.
Obviously Beckham's bank account isn't going to be suffering anytime soon. He already has a deal with Adidas, collecting royalties from sales.
In other Beckham news, David has reportedly signed on for a second TV show documenting his move to Los Angeles this summer. The program - a diary format called "David Beckham's Soccer U.S.A" - will air on British network Five.
Producer Rob Massie says, "David Beckham's arrival has undoubtedly taken U.S. Major League Soccer on to an international footing. Until now there was no way a global audience could easily access the weekly action. 'David Beckham's Soccer U.S.A.' will do exactly that."
Beckham is also making a documentary on his final weeks in Spain, where he was signed to champions Real Madrid. That's a whole lotta Beckham lovin!
