David Beckham To Buy Neverland Ranch?

David Beckham
Michael Jackson has offered to sell his precious Neverland Ranch to the Beckhams for $10 million.

The 2,700 acre spread was going to be auctioned off this week after Jackson defaulted on payments, but a new real estate firm has purchased the mortgage and is in the process of negotiating a new payment plan with Michael. He's desperate to sell the dilapidated Neverland.

Don't do it Becks! MJ's probably picturing the three cute Beckham boys playing on the property. Creepy!

Neverland is not for sale. The rides and stuff may be dilapidated but the value is in the REAL ESTATE..THE LAND.

I am actually a real estate agent and on average when selling large amounts of land you multiply each acre by $5000. Since Neverland is 2700 Acres the value of the land alone is $13,500,000 however is probably worth close to $20,000,000 because of the farm land. Add in the very large home, rides, and celebrity factor and the value of Neverland could range between 40 and 60 million dollars even in the current real estate market. MJ's personal issues do not affect the value in the long run.

This is not journalism... this is a blog... this is opinion. Who looks at this and thinks this is news? What's this 'reporter' insinuating? Dirty mind, if you do your research with a clear and unbiased head, like I eventually brought myself round to do, you'd find that Michael Jackson is a victim of a conspiracy. Don't believe me? Well, I'm sorry that you're a victim of the media, because it's very true. Don't read this TRASH or any trash of its kind.
