Hottie David Beckham appears in a public service announcement asking for mosquito nets to help stop the spread of Malaria.

The disease remains the number one killer of children under five in sub-Saharan Africa, claiming more than 1 million lives a year. 350 to 500 million cases of malaria occur annually.
