The Beckhams don't bother will silly things like the recession, because they can afford to spend millions and millions of dollars on homes they'll barely even use. Ah the life of a super star.
David Beckham and his wife Victoria reportedly have their sights set on a £10 million (approx. $17 million US dollars) three-storey house in the exclusive district of Chelsea.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: “Victoria Beckham makes no secret of the fact she loves that house. She has had her eye on it for a while.
“It would be perfect London pad for the Beckham family.”
Victoria has reportedly had her sights set on the house since 2002, but recommended it to music mogul Damon Dash instead. Dash recently lost the property, and all his money, so the mansion is back on the market now.
The house boasts five bedrooms, a cinema, roof terrace, designer kitchen and a pool in the basement. They're already reportedly checking out schools in the area for their three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.
David already said he won't be leaving Los Angeles because he still has three years left on his contract with LA Galaxy but admitted he would love to play in Europe again permanently.
When you have as much money as the Beckhams, you can live in London and work in LA with no problem. They already travel via private jet, so what's a few more trips a year? Anyway, they have no plans on selling their Beverly Hills home, so it looks like they're basically just collecting mansions across the world at this point.
