Another day, another celebrity arrest. 'Sons of Hollywood' reality show star David Weintraub was arrested in the wee hours this morning in Los Angeles after failing to pass a sobriety test.

Sources tell Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY that David was spotted driving down Fountain Blvd in Los Angeles in his silver Range Rover when police stopped him at the corner of Fountain and Highland for a routine sobriety check.

A female passenger was with him at the time of the arrest. His Range Rover was impounded as he was driven off to the station in a police vehicle.

Police records indicate he was arrested at 1:25AM and booked at 3:25AM on January 29. He is currently being held on $5,000 bail.

UPDATE: Weintraub just made bail! He was released at 7:08AM. He's set to make a court appearance in regards to the DUI on 02/24/2009.
