Joanne Baldwin turned herself in to the Lake Oswego Police Department in Oregon after admitting to consuming alcohol, which is in violation of her probation for a DUI charge.

TMZ obtained his petition for a restraining order where he says that his wife Joanna had watched a documentary on women who kill their husbands, saying, “Now I know how to do it, I understand why they did it. You have been warned.” After this threat their daughter said, “is Mommy going to kill us?”

According to People, Finley Rae Martineau Baldwin was born at 9:35 a.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She weighed 7 lbs., 10 oz. and measured 20½".
Baldwin’s rep says the couple’s other daughter Avis Ann "is excited to meet her new little sister.”
Joanne and Daniel have been married for two years. They met while he was in rehab and she was a chef at the facility. Congrats to the healthy baby girl!
