The Hulk Joins Dancing With the Stars

Lou Ferrigno may be known as The Hulk, but he’ll be reinventing himself on Dancing with the Stars next season. The body builder-turned actor will be joining the cast of the show, since his schedule has suddenly freed up.

As you may recall, Lou was acting as Michael Jackson’s personal trainer at the time of his death, and was helping him gear up for his London shows.

But Lou has wanted to be a part of DWTS for some time now. He originally auditioned for the show back in 2007. Lou told Life & Style, He says, "I had a good meeting with the producers for Dancing With the Stars, it was really positive, and they loved the idea of having me on the show."

"I've never done that type of dancing before, so I know that I'll have to train hard. I'm a glutton for punishment, so I'll give it my best shot."

Also allegedly joining the cast of the show is Dean McDermott, Tori Spelling’s husband.

A source close to the couple told E!, “He really wants to do it. He’d be really good at it too.”

We’ll have to wait til August 17th to hear the full lineup for the next season! It will be announced on Good Morning America.
