Usually 18-year-old Miley Cyrus tops that list since her Hannah Montana fame, but since her "Salvia is Legal!" bong escapades, she dropped down to the #2 spot raking in only $48 million. Do you know how much legal mind altering drugs she can buy with that cash?

If you don't recall Kristen and Dakota had a steamy make-out scenes in the movie, and because Dakota is only 15 years-old, there were strict rules in place about her getting kissed and groped.
Kristen said: “Well, she was 15, and I wasn’t allowed to grope her. I’m not kidding. There are major restrictions. But it’s very innocent in the movie, just a kiss.
"Of course, everyone’s talking about it like it’s a huge deal but it was so natural and impulsive. And it’s like five seconds in the movie.”
The film tells the true story of rock star Joan Jett (played by Kristen) and her all-girl band The Runaways, a teenage group from the 70s. Dakota plays the group’s singer Cherie Currie.
Next up for Kristen? A very graphic birthing scene for Breaking Dawn. Now that should be interesting!

Odd of getting cancer in your lifetime: 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women.
These young stars are just a few of the celebs who appear in Stand Up to Cancer's new "Change the Odds" PSA.
“Change the Odds” puts cancer into perspective as a disease everyone must stand up to. The SU2C “Change the Odds” PSA launched online today and will be featured on the upcoming SU2C broadcast event on September 10th.
“It is important for young people to be aware of the scope of the problem and the odds that they may face, both for their own future and for their loved ones,” said Ziskin, co-founder and executive producer of the Stand Up To Cancer telecast.
“This piece is about how it is never too soon to take a stand against these devastating and epidemic diseases. Theirs may be the generation that gets us to the finish line. We are so grateful to all the young stars and to Marc Webb and Rich Lee for joining our cause so brilliantly.”

Kristen and Dakota play two teenagers, modeled after Joan Jett and Cherie Currie, who are part of the all-girl ’70s rock band The Runaways. And Dakota told Hollyscoop that that’s the type of thing that happened often between good friends back then.
"It’s not so scandalous,” Dakota explained. “Its just not a big deal…it’s been kind of blown up a little more. You know what I mean, it’s just a thing that happens among friends. It’s not a big deal."
Well it doesn’t sound like Dakota and Kristen made a love connection, but they have become really close after working on both this movie and New Moon. They’ll also reunite on the next Twilight movie Eclipse.
Speaking about Stewart, Fanning said, “She’s definitely one of my best friends. It’s great to get to do a few films with her and definitely more in the future."
Dakota also says shooting the film was one of her favorites to date. "It’s an experience in a movie that I hold close to my heart. It means a lot to me and the people involved mean everything to me. I am really excited."
The Runaways is out in theaters March 19th.

From the time Fanning has been a child, people have noted that she seems wise beyond her years. And even now at age 16, she hasn’t turned to drugs or alcohol, which has claimed the lives of so many young stars.
Hollyscoop spoke with Dakota on the red carpet of her new movie The Runaways, and asked her how she stays in the limelight, and out of trouble.
The starlet told us EXCLUSIVELY, “I just don’t know. I stick to myself and live my own life."
When asked what Dakota thought about former teen star Corey Haim’s tragic death, she told Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY, "I think that everyone has their own path in their life,” Dakota explained. “And of course when anyone passes away its horrible.”
Fanning offered up her condolences to Haim’s family, and added sweetly, “Whatever he went through, I don’t think I am in a position to judge somebody else.”
We hope more young stars would act like Dakota (on and off the screen!). She’s an amazing role model to younger kids in the industry, including her younger sister Elle, who is making a name for herself as well. Sounds like Dakota has great parents who haven’t allowed her to do whatever she wants just because she’s a movie star!

Shooting for New Moon begins in Vancouver this month. In fact, several of the actors, including Nikki Reed, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner were all spotted in the city over the weekend preparing for filming. Nikki, who plays Rosalie in the film, told People magazine, “We did just get a script. We’re shooting the rest of the films back to back.”
So fans won’t have to wait too long in between New Moon and Eclipse to come out! Kristen Stewart recently told MTV, “I look forward to all of it. We're just starting prep on "New Moon," and it's almost like a more elaborate version of the first one. It's getting bigger and bigger, which is great. I mean, it's what we all hoped for.”
Adding Dakota Fanning to the cast is a smart move. She may be young, but she’s brilliant in her roles. Despite her innocent looks, we could definitely see her playing a villain! And Dakota seems really excited about her role.
She tells MTV, "I know that a lot of people know about it. I'm glad that people are excited about me possibly being in it. That's so nice! We're both pale. ... I don't think they'd have to put a lot of makeup on me if it works out. I'm pretty pale as it is."
Now that she has gotten the role of Jane, she'll finally have the chance to work with Rob Pattinson, who she described as "very, very cute."
