James Rainford, who has been ordered to stay at least 200 yards away from Paris and her properties, was found by police standing on the beach in California looking into her home. How creepy is that? Luckily he’s now being held on $20,000 bail after being taken into custody....

Hollyscoop talked to Paris last night during the launch party for her new reality show The World According to Paris, where she dished on marriage, kids, and the biggest misconceptions about her.

James Rainford attacked Cy from behind and tried to grab him by the back of his head and neck. Luckily Cy reacted quickly and security took the man down. Geez, what’s with these psychos?
Cy, who was clearly caught off guard, told Hollyscoop: “I’m glad Paris and I are both safe. It’s a good thing he didn’t have a weapon.”
Rainford is being detained by police officers now, but it isn’t the first time he’s tried to get close to Paris.
Cy recalls meeting him outside of Paris’ home a few months back when he got into an altercation with her security team.

Kathy feels like Paris is finally in a great relationship and she just can't wait for these two to get hitched.
Kathy said: “I know that they’ve been dating a little less than a year and I think she’s waited this long. She adores him and I never ever ask or ever push that question with my girls because I got married so young, I never want them to feel pressure.
“Women today, it’s nothing to get married in your 30s or have babies in your late 30s or 40s. I know she (Paris) would love to have kids. Anyone that loves animals and is kind like that ... she’ll be an incredible mom. I was at Macy’s with her recently and there were 1,000 people there and the little children came up and she lights up. I could see babies and a wedding.”
She couldn't help but gush about her future son-in-law to Radaronline. “I like him so much. He is such a gentle person, such a sweet man and Paris really looks happy when she’s with him. He’s the real deal.

The couple, who is about to celebrate their one year anniversary, stopped by Jacob & Co. and looked at several different sparklers including a rare 30-carat blue diamond. Man, that sounds nice!
Paris left the store with a $25,000 black diamond encrusted ring for her 30th birthday. Cy also bought her a $375,000 Lexus last week. Talk about a generous boyfriend!
Paris told the New York Post newspaper: "We've talked about it (getting engaged). This is once in a lifetime. I want to be with him forever. And Cy has great taste. He just bought me a beautiful sports car."
I can just imagine how extravagant the wedding will be. Forget the royal wedding, how do I score an invite to Paris'?

Speaking to RadarOnline.com just one month after her cocaine bust in Las Vegas, Paris said, "When you have been going out for so long, the (party) scene gets old, and I'm moving on with my life and on to bigger and better things.”
Her focus is now on giving back to the community via charity. "My community service is really important to me," Paris said.

"This week I started and we went down and got a bunch of pumpkins at the pumpkin patch and carving tools and paint, candy and a piñata and did a lot of fun things for the kids."
As part of her 200 hours of community service she needs to complete, Hilton will also spend time volunteering at homeless shelters in both LA and Vegas.

As for Paris’ relationship with Cy Waits, she says they’re happier than ever. "I'm so happy," Paris said. "Cy is an amazing man... He is one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life and he is my best friend. We are inseparable, we are always together."
"He is just so loyal and that is something that is so important to me in a relationship because you can be with someone and not trust them and just have a bad feeling, but with him I never have to worry.
"I just feel very blessed that I found him."
Maybe the arrest was the wake-up call Paris needed! At age 29 it’s about time she settled down anyway! We hope she’s serious about stopping the hard partying!

According to TMZ, Hilton was in the passenger’s seat of Waits’ Bentley. As they attempted to drive through the swarm of photogs, Cy accelerated, hitting one of the female paps.
Paris and Cy immediately left the scene, and the photographer called the police. Paramedics were also called and took the female photog to a local hospital.
Waits then returned to the scene without Paris and spoke to police, who reportedly cited him for a hit-and-run. Waits insists he was not cited for that, but we’re hearing otherwise.
According to Waits, the photographer he hit put him under a citizen’s arrest, and therefore the police had to sign the citizen’s arrest form. They also reportedly performed a sobriety test on Waits.
Waits also insists it was all an accident, and that he didn’t even realize he had hit the pap until he drove away. He was notified via text message and that’s when he returned to the scene.
Paris tweeted about the incident, writing, "Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi. They are literally insane!”
Waits doesn’t seem like the kind of person to intentionally hurt someone. He obviously wasn’t trying to get away with anything, since he did return to the scene. With all those flashbulbs in their faces, we’re surprised this doesn’t happen more often!
“Cy Waits has been separated from the company and is free to pursue other interests. Wynn has no further comment on this matter.”
Up until the night, Waits was employed by the high-end resort as head of nightclub operations for Wynn and Encore properties.
It’s such a shame Waits has left the Wynn, he was such a huge part of the nightlife scene there. Knowing Cy Waits, he will will come back on top. Nightlife in Las Vegas won't be the same without him.

There are a lot of unanswered questions and theories surrounding the night of the arrest, but sources close to the couple tell Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY that contrary to reports, Cy has NOT been fired from his job at Wynn and Encore.
Cy was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, while Paris was charged with felony drug possession. Paris told police that the .08 grams of cocaine that were found in her purse wasn't hers, claiming she borrowed the purse and was unaware that there was a small bag of cocaine in there. But she later changed her story to say it was actually her purse, but a friend had previously borrowed it. According to Nevada law, if convicted, Paris faces up to four years in jail and a $5,000 fine.
Cy's boss Steve Wynn, owner of Wynn casino and resort, typically has a "zero tolerance policy" when it comes to "brushes with the law," but this is the first time Cy has found himself in this kind of predicament. Despite several media outlets reporting otherwise, our sources tells us he still has his job as head of nightclub operations for Wynn and Encore properties.
Cy spent 13 years building up his portfolio and empire as Vegas nightlife impresario, and it would be tragic if one night with Paris resulted in his downfall. Unlike Hilton, Waits comes from humble beginnings and actually started as a security guard at House of Blues, while his twin brother Jesse bussed tables.
"I started as a security guard at a night club and he started off as a barback and then we kind of just went to different positions, did everything; managed promotions, moved from managing to general manager of clubs until we got the opportunity from Steve Wynn and build Tryst and Drake’s success so it has been a good one for us," Cy told Hollyscoop during the opening of XS nightclub in Vegas back in 2009.
"For someone like Steve to come up is a dream, he is the king of Vegas... he is an amazing guy," he added.
As for Paris, her parents are standing by her and Cy's side and are ready to help them fight to clear their names. Paris has already hired a high-powered Las Vegas attorney. Cy on the other hand is reportedly waiting for Steve Wynn to return to Vegas so he can talk to the board about Cy's fate.
