A little scandal goes a long way. Thanks to his extra-material affair with Leann Rimes Eddie Cibrian is saying goodbye to the Hallmark Channel, and hello to Primetime!

Eddie is set to join the eighth season of CBS TV Studios/Bruckheimer TV-produced CSI: Miami this fall.

According to People magazine, Cibrian will play an officer from the Hollywood Division that joins the squad in Miami.

His last Hallmark movie Healing Hands, in which he co-stars with Leann Rimes, premieres November 21. We bet his wife is happy he's going to be far far away from Rimes!

P. Diddy, or should we say, Sean Combs, is heading to the small screen. He’ll be joining the cast of CSI: Miami for a guest starring role. CBS has confirmed Diddy for a two-episode arc.

The network says he’ll play a prosecutor who doesn’t see eye to eye with lieutenant Horatio Caine, played by David Caruso. Diddy’s episodes will air in mid to late winter.

CSI loves the rappers! The New York version of the show just had Nelly on this season as well. Do you think Diddy will boost the show’s ratings?
Don't MISS out on Breaking News!
Dancing with the Stars @ 8pm
It's time to shake things up in the ballroom! Tonight, four new dances will be introduced to this competition: the hustle, the salsa, the jitterbug and West Coast swing. Unfortunately for the recently ousted Rocco DiSpirito, the only way he'll get to experience salsa is if he prepares some as an appetizing dip. And based on how well (or poorly) the celebs tackle this evening's new challenging dances, one of them will be following in the chef's footsteps tomorrow night.

Chuck @ 8pm
Richie gets richer tonight. Actress and celebutante Nicole Richie guest stars as Heather Chandler, a former teen dream and once Sarah's high-school nemesis. It won't be a simple life for Sarah, whose teenage insecurities bubble to the surface upon running into Heather. Worse, in order to stymie a plot involving bombs, Sarah must attend her high-school reunion and go face-to-face with her tormentor. This school crush could escalate into the ultimate catfight. Meow wow!

Rita Rocks @ 8:30pm
Nicole Sullivan stars as a harried wife and mother, Rita, in this new comedy about a woman who hopes that music can soothe her soul. After losing out on a promotion at work and then arguing with her husband, Rita recalls her youthful dream of being a rock star and decides that it's time to make it come true. Guitar in hand, she forms a garage band with her neighbor and her letter-carrier, but in-between gigs, real life plays on and, as expected, it's not always harmonious.

CSI: Miami @ 10pm
Trying on clothes can be murder. Literally. A young woman dies in a blast while donning the latest fashions at a high-end Miami boutique. Horatio and his crew investigate, and during the probe H makes a startling discovery: Bombshell Julia (the always-welcome Elizabeth Berkley) is becoming increasingly unstable and volatile.
The Big Bang Theory @ 8pm
Penny finally finds something to share with the guys other than the hallway (and maybe speculating that Sheldon is from another planet). Sheldon introduces Penny to something the lads love — their online gaming community — and inadvertently creates a gaming monster who doesn't know how to stop.

Heroes @ 9pm
Last week's pairing of Sylar and Noah may certainly win the title as the show's oddest couple, but unlikely alliances between characters are far from over. Tonight, Hiro and Ando investigate who hired Daphne and seek help from Hiro's former friend-nemesis, Adam Monroe. Elsewhere, Peter reveals that nearly everyone has powers in the future he's desperately trying to prevent. Claire, meanwhile, sets off on her first adventure hunting a villain from her dad's files. But it's not all bad news in the Heroes' universe: Love is in the air for two characters.

Prison Break @ 9pm
Michael is beginning to get close to Scylla, but Greek-mythology fans will know that this is not necessarily a good thing. And since saying more might give away spoilers, let's leave it at that for now. Meanwhile, Sucre is asked to take one for the team while a contingent of our gang is in Las Vegas on card-transcribing business, and Linc has something to say to Sara about Michael that she isn't going to want to hear.

CSI: Miami @ 10pm
Delko has some dark secrets and they just might become exposed in the cleverly titled episode "And How Does That Make You Kill?" But, then again, not if Horatio can help it. The trouble begins when the daughter of Delko's therapist (guest star Gail O'Grady) is murdered. H is on the case, and he not only seeks to capture the killer but wants to find the murderer before any of Delko's private confessions become public.

The Hills: @ 10pm
Just in time for the new season opener, there is lots of drama with the OK magazine publication stating Lauren felt jilted by friend Audrina and ex-lover Brody. She denies this is the case, stating OK twisted her words to sell covers...... As the second half of Season 3 opens, Lauren and Whitney go to Paris, but there's a dark cloud over the City of Light for Lauren when she learns Brody's found someone new back home. Meanwhile, Spencer follows Heidi to Colorado to try to win her back, but accomplishes the opposite.

How I Met Your Mother: @ 8:30pm
You know you want to watch it! Britney Spears has gotten good reviews on her comedic timing in this episode. She appears to have come full circle with this guest shot on the CBS comedy. As a perky teen, she showed us she was "not that innocent"; now she shows up on tonight's episode as a bubbly bespectacled nerd with a schoolgirl-like crush on one of the series regulars. The pop star plays a receptionist who falls for Ted when he comes to the dermatologist (who he's been trying to date) to get his tattoo removed.

Greek: @ 8pm
It's a new semester at Cyprus-Rhodes University, but old feelings continue to haunt the Cartwright siblings as they return from a much-needed break. Rusty is still reeling from his ex-girlfriend's exposé of the Greek system, while Casey is adjusting to life as a single woman after being dumped by Evan. On top of that, all the houses are suffering from an administrative crackdown on the party scene, but Casey, who backed into the presidency of the now-disgraced Zeta, thinks she has just the plan to assert her authority and get everyone back in the swing of things.

CSI: Miami: @ 10pm
Horatio and Co. return in fine form with the first new Miami episode since January, due to the protracted writers' strike. Tonight, a gorgeous bride who is about to marry a handsome pro baseball player is gunned down with a single bullet just before she utters "I do." But who would want to kill a bride on her wedding day? Maybe the groom. At least that's what Horatio thinks as he and his team investigate the case and uncover some sordid facts. The seedy stuff begins with a trip to a gentleman's club that hosted the groom's wild bachelor party.

Prison Break @ 8pm
Let's sum up: When we left our lads in November, Michael had failed at another escape attempt, and he'll face the consequences of that failure tonight. But at least he can count Whistler as an ally, sort of. We'll also see a new side of Susan B. for a few seconds. Then there's a mysterious woman we've never seen before who arrives in Panama from the U.S. looking for Michael.

American Gladiators @ 8pm Really, isn't this series a hellish version of gym-class dodge ball? But the show makes the grade it's flashy, lowbrow, diversionary fun, and those menacing gladiators are pretty cool. They're cold, too, as they strut their rough-and-tough stuff with frosty attitude against four amateur athletes tonight. Hoping to have game are a rodeo queen, a soccer mom, a shark fisherman and a teacher.

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles @ 9pm
The newest installment of the Terminator mythology was set in motion in last night's action-packed premiere. Episode 2 rolls out tonight in the series' regular time slot with more of the same cat-and-mouse suspense. John (Thomas Dekker) and Sarah (Lena Headey) are now in the present day, thanks to an assist from a cyborg (Summer Glau) sent to protect them. Setting up a new life means getting new identities, so Sarah connects with an old friend in hopes of securing fake documentation for herself and her son.

CSI: Miami @ 10pm
Horatio's personal life isn't explored much, but that's beginning to change as the identity of Kyle's mother is finally revealed on tonight's pivotal episode. And she's Horatio's ex (played by Elizabeth Berkley, in the first of six appearances). The mystery woman suddenly appears and becomes part of an investigation into the murder of her billionaire husband. She also makes it clear to H that she is intent on doing whatever it takes to get Kyle back.

If you were a fan of 'Showgirls' (or Saved By the Bell) you'll be excited to hear that Elizabeth Berkley is joining CBS' crime drama "CSI: Miami" as a recurring character.

Berkley will play Julia Winston, the former wife of Horatio Caine (David Caruso) and the mother of his recently discovered teenage son, Kyle (Evan Ellingson).

She will become part of an investigation when her billionaire husband is murdered.

Chuck @ 8pm
Nerd-herder Chuck is turning from drab to fab, romantically at least. He begins dating sightly sandwich maker Lou (a returning Rachel Bilson), and that's something he can surely relish. But not everything's kosher, as the blooming romance sparks a surprising streak of jealousy in Chuck's "ex-girlfriend," slinky superspy Sarah. Worse, Lou may be involved in a smuggling ring. And yet another geek might find love tonight: Morgan, of all people, woos an unlikely woman. It's the revenge of the nerds, indeed.

CSI: Miami @ 9pm
Calleigh quickly goes from hero to suspect in tonight's pivotal episode. When an attempt is made on her life, Calleigh's career and personal life are placed in jeopardy. One reason for the sudden turn of events is that alcohol use may have impaired her judgment in a crisis situation.

The Bachelor @ 10pm
So, who will it be? We do know that it'll be a brunette. Jenni got the "first impression" rose (and the first kiss), but DeAnna has come on strong and doesn't have a job in Phoenix that's her "passion," as Jenni does. Brad, we suspect, wants the winner to call him her passion. (Plus, his bars are in Austin.) So we'd put the chances of DeAnna winning at slightly better than even, despite the 6-5 vote the other way by spurned bachelorettes on last week's "Women Tell All" show. But, of course, the odds that Brad and his choice will live happily ever after together are considerably less than even.

Heroes @ 9pm
Ah, decisions, decisions. There are some tough ones facing the super-crew tonight. H.R.G. opts to pull up stakes and get going after it looks like the Company has uncovered his family, but Claire decides daddy doesn't know best, and besides, she likes living in sunny California. Meanwhile, mild-mannered Hiro chooses revenge when he learns his father has been murdered; and Suresh comes to a pretty big decision, too, after meeting with Elle. But possibly the choice with the biggest consequences rests on Maya's slim shoulders. Sylar has been playing on her trust and now, just outside of New York, he forces her to choose between him and her brother.
