Coroner: Corey Haim Had a Heart Problem

Corey Haim's autopsy is complete and while the full results may take weeks to complete, what we know now is that he had a heart problem.

According to the L.A. Coroner, Corey had pulmonary congestion, an enlarged heart and water in his lungs, reports TMZ.

The Coroner called Corey's mother Judy and told her about his conditions, which were unknown until the autopsy.

Corey's ex fiance Tiffany Shepis tells People magazine that Corey has been suffering from heart problems for years.

"Every time he would go to a doctor they'd tell him he had really bad arrhythmia, probably due to clogged arteries," she says. "They all said he should have it taken care of. But, being from Canada, his insurance was there, so he never went and got it done."

As Hollyscoop had previously reported, there were four different prescription drugs found at his apartment including Valium, Vicodin, diazepam and Soma.
