Mad Men vixen Christina Hendricks poses at a dimly lit bar in the new issue of Men’s Health magazine. Wearing a gray pinstripe dress that she’s pretty much popping out of, Hendricks holds a glass of whiskey that matches the color of her flowing ginger locks.
Damn you, Christina Hendricks. How is it possible that she looks the way she does, and I look like I do, and yet we’re the same species?
In an interview with the mag, Christina discusses her favorite drink: Johnnie Walker Black.
"I like mine simple, on the rocks. It's incredibly smooth on the tongue. A touch of caramel flavour. It warms everything inside," she says.

Mad Men star Christina Hendricks showed up to the premiere of I Don’t Know How She Does It looking stunning, even from the neck up. Actually, you can’t even use the phrase “from the neck up” to talk about just her face—because her boobs are up to her neck. She’s the only woman whose facial features include cleavage.
Hendricks wore a revealing salmon colored satin dress by Vivienne Westwood. Sarah Jessica Parker, who stars in the movie, was also present at the event, rocking a sleeveless black crochet gown.

“They're so obviously real that anyone who's ever seen or touched a breast would know.”
She added that she finds the attention “bizarre.”
“Having larger breasts has made it harder for me to shop throughout the years, but I've learned to love it."

Show creator Matthew Weiner and AMC have been butting heads so the new season of the hit show has been delayed until 2012. And understandably the cast isn’t thrilled about it.
Why Mad Men is in Trouble
“It’s my dream job and I love working there, so I can't wait to go back to work fast and I hope it all just gets settled soon. Because we’re all excited to go back,” Christina told Hollyscoop at the Vivienne Westwood flagship store grand opening in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Now that Mad Men is on hiatus she has a lot of time to focus on her second passion—fashion. The stunner was joined by her husband Geoffrey Arend as she showed off some pieces of the Palladium Jewelry Collection. With that figure she can sell ice to Eskimos!
“[The jewelry] helps a lot to get into character,” Christina confessed to Hollyscoop. “When we get dressed it helps to express ourselves through our fashion. Especially on Mad Men. Joan is very specific about her [style]. She has signature things like her pin necklace, and if its the holiday she has a turkey broach. They very much define that character.” Earlier this month, Christina was unveiled as the face of Dame Vivienne’s Palladium collection, a line she’s been a fan of for years.
“I have been a fan forever. I love that she's rock and roll. I love that's she couture. I love that she is literally like dress the sex pistols and also has bustles and corsets and things that you would never expect one designer to be able to do all at once,” gushed Christina.
As a fan, waiting for the new season of Mad Men has been torturous. So how has Christina been keeping busy? “Just finished a film but right now at Lincoln center so I've been singing and dancing. I’ve been in NY rehearsing and thanks to my husband for the encouragement. I haven't had this much fun my cheeks are hurting from smiling so much.”
I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the smile is due to insider information about the show coming back sooner rather than later.

Chopard had loaned the Mad Men beauty some very expensive diamond bracelets to wear with her flame-red Romono Kaveeza dress. But at one same point the $850,000 diamond bracelet slipped off her hand!
“Christina was horrified to find out that after making it up the carpet Sunday at the Beverly Hilton, one of the two bracelets loaned by Chopard had slipped off,” a source said.
“Inside the ballroom moments before the show started, a panicked Christina asked, ‘Have you seen a diamond bracelet? I’ve lost one that looks like this,’ pointing at the one glittering bracelet left on her wrist.
Luckily a very honest event worker found her bracelet for her and handed it over. Christina was reportedly still so shaken up about it she handed it to her publicist to hold and never put it back on.
Can you imagine having to explain that? Um...'sorry Mr. Chopard but you know that nearly million dollar bracelet you gave me? Yeah, I lost it.' Now that’s an uncomfortable conversation!

The big boobed Mad Men star graces the cover of Harper Bazaar and inside she talks about being as big of a hit with the ladies as well as the men.
“Women hit on me. My husband thinks it’s so odd that so many women hit on me,” Hendricks tells Harper’s Bazaar.
Whether you are straight, gay, woman, man chances are you are gonna love Christina.
“They say to me, ‘Well, I’m not straight, but if I was …’ ” she says of gay men. “I think it’s so flattering.”
Christina also says that she was surprised she started getting attention about her body and that she was even more surprised that it was positive attention.
“When the attention started to be about my figure, I was surprised, because it wasn’t something I was focused on,” she adds. “And then it became very positive, and people were saying very nice things...My mother never said to lose weight."
“Diets were never a big deal. My mom was always beautiful and voluptuous and curvy, and I always thought she was gorgeous.”
Hendricks is one of those actresses that you can't help but love because she is not the typical size 0 starlet, which is so relieving.

“I’m thrilled,” Christina said on being known as a role model. “I’d love to be thought of as that.
“Mad Men seems like a very masculine show but there are women who are obsessed by it. I think woman appreciate seeing female characters that aren’t just one dimensional.
“I certainly don’t think that more skin relates to sexiness or femininity. To me, falling out of the top of your pants is quite aggressive. It’s so hardcore you feel it’s almost being done to you.”
She is right! We don't like seeing women portrayed as one dimensional!

Peggy, Betty, Don and Joan are all super glamourous on the cover, which has been photoshopped to the point where some limbs are missing and legs are deformed, but hey, as long as there's a great article on our favorite show, we're game.
In regards to the the hit AMC show, creator Matthew Weiner tells the magazine: “The big question the show is trying to answer through Don has to do with identity,” Weiner says. “Who am I? — It’s only the biggest theme in all of Western literature.”
“You have to be mentally acute for a significant period of time,” Jon Hamm adds, “and that becomes pretty draining.”
He adds about his real life, “I fly very low on the radar. Mark Twain said it: ‘I’d rather say nothing and be thought an idiot than open my mouth and remove all doubt.’ Another Missouri boy, Mark Twain. The petulant, sh–ty movie-star mentality - that burns out pretty quick.”
Mad Men picked up two Emmys on Sunday, one for Outstanding Drama and the other for Outstanding Writing For A Drama Series, but someone who doesn't deserve an award is the person who photoshopped this cover shot.
January Jones' right leg is crooked and her left hand is missing, Elisabeth Moss' bust was expanded while her waist was shrunk down, Jon's right leg is missing. Christina Hendricks is the only one who isn't semi deformed from photoshop in the picture. And yes, those really are the size of her boobs!
