Christina Applegate is finally cancer-free, but it’s probably not the smartest thing to light up a cigarette just months after beating the disease!
Yesterday photogs snapped a pic of Christina smoking a cancer stick while walking around Hollywood. It’s just a little unsettling to see a woman who just underwent a double mastectomy doing such a thing!
Doctor Christine Hroner tells Radar, “She should absolutely stop smoking. Studies have shown a direct association between smoking and increased risk of breast cancer.
"A recent study showed that teenagers who smoke have a 50 percent increase in getting breast cancer. The longer you smoke, the more your risk of contracting breast cancer increases. And since she’s already genetically prone to the disease, smoking is even more dangerous."
