UPDATE: Whoops, the Sarah Palin quotes which Us Weekly attributes to a Monday radio interview with Sean Hannity, were written for a satire website. HA!
In an interview with Sean Hannity, Sarah Palin criticized Christina Aguilera, calling her a “demanding beauty queen who’s clearly in over her head.”
Palin said that “public figures must be held accountable for what they say.” She continued, "Here's another case of an airhead diva going on TV, running her mouth off, sounding like a fool. She doesn't understand something so basic about America, yet we're supposed to tolerate her diva behavior?”
Hannity then asked her a follow up question about Christina Aguilera, and Palin responded, “Christina Aguilera? I thought we were talking about Sarah Palin.”
Sarah Palin calling someone an “airhead diva” is like Charlie Sheen saying he thinks you might have a drinking problem. And if Palin’s racist undertones weren’t already apparent, she also called Aguilera a “spicy Latin princess” and a “foreigner”, and said that if she were president, she would “deport Ms. Aguilera back to wherever it is she’s from.”
I guess Sarah Palin has no idea where New York is, because Aguilera was born in Staten Island. You can’t deport people to the same country they’re currently living in. And someone should explain to her what a “foreigner” is.
Anyone campaigning against Palin in 2012 should have a pretty easy job. Just put some of her quotes up on billboards.
