Christina and Paris Pre-Party at LAX

The MTV VMA's have officially taken over Las Vegas. Last night celebs and partygoers all flocked over to LAX nightclub in Luxor to get a glimpse of mom-to-be Christina Aguilera. Aguilera, who was the host for the evening, didn't arrive until after midnight and hung out at her VIP table with hubby Jordan Bratman and a few friends.

Paris Hilton showed up around 1AM and hung out at the VIP table right next to Aguilera's. Around 2AM she went into the DJ booth and said, "Congratulations to the most beautiful pregnant woman in the world. You're gorgeous."

Partying right by Aguilera was 'Entourage' hottie Adrian Grenier. When Paris first arrived she walked right by Adrian and they completely ignored each other. After about an hour an antsy Paris starting dancing really provocatively right by Adrian attempting to get his attention. At one point she started doing some weird dance and rubbing up against his back but he didn't seem to be interested. They chatted briefly and he went back to dancing with some groupies.

At the event we also spotted 'The Hills' girls Lauren Conrad, Lo, and Audrina Patridge as well as Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado. Melanie Brown was also at the event, she hung out at Paris' table. Brit's man Criss Angel was also there, but he hung out by himself for most of the night.

thought that you shouldnt dye your hair when pregnant, she's still clearly doing it. She looks really good though. but dont like the lipstick.

She isn't lap dancing at all. That's footage from Christina's party and it looks like Paris is having a good time. People are just too critical when it comes to Paris Hilton, it's pure jealousy.

She doesn't need to be good at dancing when she has actual talent and she's a singer and thats what she's suppose to do. Those who can't sing find other ways as in dancing and putting out elaborate shows to cover the lack of talent. There's other methods to dye your hair without actual chemicals.. duh!
