The MTV VMA's have officially taken over Las Vegas. Last night celebs and partygoers all flocked over to LAX nightclub in Luxor to get a glimpse of mom-to-be
Christina Aguilera. Aguilera, who was the host for the evening, didn't arrive until after midnight and hung out at her VIP table with hubby Jordan Bratman and a few friends.
Paris Hilton showed up around 1AM and hung out at the VIP table right next to Aguilera's. Around 2AM she went into the DJ booth and said,
"Congratulations to the most beautiful pregnant woman in the world. You're gorgeous."

Adrian Grenier. When Paris first arrived she walked right by Adrian and they completely ignored each other. After about an hour an antsy Paris starting dancing really provocatively right by Adrian attempting to get his attention. At one point she started doing some weird dance and rubbing up against his back but he didn't seem to be interested. They chatted briefly and he went back to dancing with some groupies.
At the event we also spotted 'The Hills' girls
Lauren Conrad, Lo, and Audrina Patridge as well as
Brody Jenner and
Frankie Delgado. Melanie Brown was also at the event, she hung out at Paris' table. Brit's man Criss Angel was also there, but he hung out by himself for most of the night.
