Christina Aguilera To Launch Acting Career

Oh no!!!! Christina Aguilera has revealed that she is reading scripts with hopes to launch her acting career.

"I am looking forward to moving into another form of what I feel is another creative outlet for me and that would be acting," Aguilera told reporters on Monday.

She admitted that she is not jumping the gun and she is really taking her time to read and understand how the movie industry works.

"It is something that, when I attempt to do it, I want to do it right so it's important for me that I do choose the right first role for myself," said Aguilera.

Although I am against musicians getting into acting and vice-versa, what kind of role do you think would Christina Aguilera be good for? Chick-flick maybe?

i dont think she should act. she has been the only singer that i know of that hasnt been in any movies. but now she wants to be?!? seriously, i doubt she will be a good acter. cuz she is way! to good at what she is doing now. and that singing. i think she should just stick to that and no acting. plus she has worked so hard to get where she is with singing, why would she want to just push that aside to work twice as hard into acting?
