Christina Aguilera just went through a divorce and a very public (and humiliating) DUI incident, but clearly, nothing phases Ms. Aguilera.
While promoting her new show The Voice, Christina said she's thankful for everything that's happened to her—good and bad.
"All of my experiences in the past year, and everything that's happened to me, I thank God for it," Christina told Extra.
She added, "You have to take the good with the bad and you have to take the bad with the good. If you're in this business, if you're in the spotlight, you have to be able to take criticism and you have to take the punches along the way."
She has a point there. And with all the bad press she's gotten lately, she's learned not to be quick to judge anyone--something that'll come in handy for her new show.
"It's so easy to judge people on how they look or walk or talk and this one is specifically about the voice."
The Drunk Circus The Voice premieres on NBC April 26.
