Well, that explains a lot. Christina Aguilera covers the October issue of shopping magazine “Lucky” and continues her on-going quest to prove to everyone that she’s totally okay with her curves so stop asking her about it.
Actually, I’m kidding, keep asking X-Tina how she feels about her hips because she loves telling you about it.
“The challenge I’ve always had is being too thin, so I love that now I have a booty,” Aguilera explains, “And, obviously, I love showing my cleavage.”
We’ve noticed Christina. We’ve also noticed that you really like wearing shiny sock tubes and calling them “dresses.”
Christina admits that when she was first starting out in the industry, she hated that everyone dressed her up like a Barbie.
“When you’re young, it’s so easy to get bulldozed,” she says, “There were these two ladies who worked at the record label who always wanted to come to fittings and dress me up like a Barbie doll. It was disgusting.”
Now, she’s learned to embrace her curves. No longer the Barbie she once was, however that Barbie doll was the reason every guy in the early 2000’s had photos of barely clothed X-Tina hanging on their dorm walls.
“Hey, if you can work it and you can own it, that confidence is going to shine through,” says the singer.
