Jermaine Paul won the second season of The Voice Tuesday, but the drama on the stage is nothing compared to the bickering that goes on behind the judges table.

Whether Christina Aguilera is putting down Adam Levine's contestants or Blake Shelton is ribbing Carson Daly for something, Cee Lo Green always keeps his cool. But is the judges drama taking away from the actual singing competition itself?

“It was a bit of a distraction,” Cee Lo tells Hollyscoop

Sparks flew Monday night after Tony Lucca’s performance on “The Voice” when the rocker made an uncharacteristically bold choice with coach Adam Levine to perform the song “99 Problems” by Jay-Z.

The stage was set for the final showdown on ‘The Voice’ Season 2. For the four artists remaining, it took three grueling months of rehearsing, performing, and hard work with their coaches to bring them here.

Carson Daly welcomed everyone, while Chris Mann, Juliet Simms, Jermaine Paul and Tony Lucca prepared to sing three songs each for America's votes: a solo performance, a duet with his or her coach, and a ‘thank you’ solo in tribute to their coaches.

First up, Jermaine Paul (Team Blake). Wearing a white tux and backed by a church choir, he sang R. Kelly’s "I Believe I Can Fly" as his solo performance, impressing the judges. "You just sing with so much heart!" Christina Aguilera gushed.
