Christian Bale made headlines yesterday when a tape of him throwing a temper tantrum on the set of Terminator Salvation was leaked onto the internet.

The tape caught Bale going ballistic on the Director of Photography after he accidentally walked on set while Bale was shooting a scene.

Christian Bale will reportedly be able to evade charges that he assaulted his mother and sister last month in London.

Bale is due in court next month, and according to The Sun, British Crown Prosecution Service lawyers have advised police to caution the actor, meaning he will not face charges.
