It's time for some rumor patrol! After Michael Jackson passed away in July, there were reports that Christian Audigier had purchased Neverland Ranch for $90 million dollars.

According to the reports, Christian was going to purchase Neverland and turn it into a Graceland-like amusement park. But Christian tells Hollyscoop exclusively, that there's no truth to the rumors.

"I just took his [Holmby Hills] house, not Neverland," Christian told Hollyscoop. He didn’t like Neverland. He didn’t want to go back there...so it's not Neverland at all."

He added that he purchased the home Michael "passed away in. The last time he was living."

So what is he planning on doing with the 17,171 square foot, 3-story French Chateau style estate? "I want to create a memorabilia and museum for 'This Is It', that's what I want to do," he said.

"So far I'm buying a big collection of memorabilia and personal objects that he has," added Christian. "Nobody knows that two streets past his house was Elvis Presley's house. So [there were] two kings in the same area," Christian told Hollyscoop.

So there you have it, straight from the designer/Michael enthusiast himself. Christian also promised that as soon as his MJ museum is complete, he'll invite us over for an exclusive first look. Stay tuned MJ fans! To check out interview make sure to tune into our Hollyscoop news show which airs on the CW Network this Sunday at midnight.

Ummm, it was a Hollyscoop "reporter" who was actually responsible for perpetuating that rumor. Possibly even the one who started the rumor. Get your facts before you post articles.

Article sounds alright. Let us see what takes place and the outcome of it. I hope that it goes well.It is a shame how Neverland turned out to be so evil. What was meant for good people made for evil. Michael suffered so much. Now maybe with Audigier in the midst will keep Michaels Memory with respect. I pray that it comes through. Thank You Christian Audigier.

Sounds like estate just might have fallen into the right hands. Someone to keep Michaels memory immortal (which would be of top priority for Michael, to not be forgotten after he is gone) ...in a respectable manner. Its so sad about neverland though...that his dream place that he created through years and years ...should be ruined and contamitated by the hidious lies of things that never took place.

I hope he does it with some form of good taste. At least he didn't buy into the Neverland Ranch crap and try to go down the "Jacko" route.
