Like any celebrity marriage,
Chris Martin and
Gwyneth Paltrow have had their share of breakup rumors.
Recent reports suggested that the couple was headed for splitsville after Gwyneth was spotted at the grand opening of the
Fontainebleau Miami hotel solo.
The super private couple hardly comments on the status of their relationship, but this time Chris Martin decided to clear the air.
"I'm trying to think of when the last bit of bad news was," Contactmusic quotes him as saying. "I'm supposed to be getting divorced but those things aren't happening so don't really count as bad news."
Earlier this week Gwyneth's mother Blythe Danner also denied the breakup rumors insisting, "They don't take pictures together if they can avoid it," she told Fox News. "It's a strategy. They don't want the pandemonium."
Chris and Gwyneth are one of those couples that actually go out of their way to NOT be photographed together. It wouldn't surprise us if they're sitting down on their
pretty white couch laughing off these breakup reports right now.
