Hell, even if you DO like your job, you might want to consider this profession. Because professional nannies are reportedly paid anywhere between $50,000 to $150,000 a year. It almost makes putting up with a bunch of spitting up, pooping, and unruly kids worth it. And yes, that’s the hell I imagine when I think of what nannies have to do.
It’s no surprise that most celebrities have nannies, but these celebs often try to hide just how much their nannies are involved in their children’s lives. And keeping that quiet comes at a pretty price. Indeed, a celebrity nanny has quite the job description, and here are just a few celebrity nanny demands...

Oh yeah, I’d also like to be Beyonce. But I digress.
Gwyneth graces the March cover of Harper’s Bazaar, and in the mag, she talks about everything from Apple to Botox to her man, Chris Martin.
“He’s very communicative,” Gwyneth says of her relationship with Coldplay’s front man. The actress adds that it’s an unexpected quality that’s “rare for a British man.”

Martin might be the face of one of the hugest bands in the world, but his A-list wife Gwyneth Paltrow outshines him in celebritydom, and he knows it.
The Paradise singer said: "Ridiculous as it sounds, I still feel like we're trying to make it. I think being married to someone much more famous makes me feel not famous all."
Oh, come on, Mr. Paltrow. You’re exaggerating.
Chris says he doesn’t worry about Coldplay’s popularity though. Because doing so would mean he has to consider the people that don’t like them, too.

So when the Coldplay singer appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and the topic of his high-profile wife came up, he just joked it off, calling her his “beard.” For those who don’t know, “beard” in this context means a fake wife, usually used by a gay man in Hollywood to cover up his gayness. Because I’m terrified of the Church of Scientology digging through my garbage and blackmailing me, I won’t offer up any actual names.
Chris Martin and guitarist Jonny Buckland sat down with Ellen to promote and perform songs from their new album, Mylo Xyloto.

Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow have been married for eight years and have two children together, and while it’s mostly his wife in the spotlight, Martin says his marriage is a dream.
In an interview on CBS Sunday Morning, the Coldplay singer talked about his high-profile marriage. It’s actually the first time he’s ever talked about it. These two go to great lengths to keep their marriage out of the limelight. Come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a picture of them together. Even their wedding photos were probably taken separately.

Celebrities can sometimes be shallow and confusing, let's watch Paltrow talk her way out of this one:
"Before I didn't care about it. And I still refuse to use silicone, Botox or other of those gimmicks out of pure vanity," she tells Germany's OK! magazine.
Ok, and then she said, "But a breast correction after breast feeding - why not?" Er, last time I checked, any form of "breast correction" is still vain, I guess she forgot the comments she made just moments earlier? Whatever, Gwyneth Paltrow was on Glee y'all! She can say or do anything she wants to!? Did I mention she was on Glee?

Gwyneth Paltrow, who is married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, admits her marriage takes a lot of work and it usually keeps her on her toes.
Speaking in the new issue of Elle magazine, Gwyneth said: "Sometimes it’s hard being with someone for a long time. We go through periods that aren’t all rosy. I always say, life is long and you never know what’s going to happen."

Seeing as how she's married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, you'd think she'd have plenty of inspiration and musical wisdom right at her fingertips. But that's not the case.

Paltrow credits her very supportive husband for teaching her how to play the guitar.
"I can depend on him," Paltrow says. "He makes me laugh. He's really appreciative of me. You know, he makes me feel special."
She also tells the February issue of Good Housekeeping that it was her husband who recognized that she might be suffering from postpartum depression after having her second child.
"I felt like a zombie. I couldn't access my heart. I couldn't access my emotions. I couldn't connect," Paltrow told the mag. “It was terrible, it was the exact opposite of what had happened when Apple was born. With her, I was on cloud nine. I couldn't believe it wasn't the same. I just thought it meant I was a terrible mother and a terrible person."
"About four months into it, Chris came to me and said, 'Something's wrong. Something's wrong,' " Paltrow recalls. "I kept saying, 'No, no, I'm fine.' But Chris identified it, and that sort of burst the bubble."
She also says that the communication is the key to a healthy relationship. "I definitely have to coax things out of him when we talk. You know, he's British, so it's a different lexicon totally," Paltrow says. "But you have to communicate. Otherwise there's no relationship."
Recently, there were rumors that the two were actually divorcing but that couldn’t seem further from the truth. Hollyscoop staff actually saw the two in Las Vegas over the NY holiday and the two seemed very happy and in love. They were spotted dining at a restaurant with their kids and took the time to greet fans before they left. Their relationship seemed very real and not "Hollywood" like the rest.

I get that they keep their work lives separate and obviously it's working because they are still married but Chris didn't even show up when Gwyneth got her star at the Hollywood walk of fame. I even got sad for that!
Since they are so private about their private lives, you can rule out the two of them actually working together one day. Gwyneth says there is no way in hell they will ever work together.
She said: "Me? God no. No. We just can't, like, merge. His career is there and mine is there." Gwyneth also revealed Chris is a talented actor and although he has appeared in Ricky Gervais’ TV comedy ‘Extras’, he won’t be trying to break into movies.
She told MTV News: “He definitely has great acting skills. I don't think he would ever do it, but he's genius. Did you ever see him in 'Extras'?"
It's cute how she is so supportive of him. It's nice that once in a while she does talk about him because it reminds us all that some relationships do actually last or at least we think they do. I sure hope they are not the couple from the BLIND ITEM OF THE DAY!
