Rihanna's original statement and witness accounts will be handed to the Los Angeles County District Attorney later this week, but it's unknown whether there will be a strong enough case to prosecute Brown without her testimony.
The couple, who split briefly after the attack, reunited this past weekend and spent some time together in P. Diddy's Miami home.
They were photographed arriving back in LA via a private jet Monday night and are said to be holed up in a hotel room somewhere in Beverly Hills.
Chris' court date is still set for March 5, and haven't been postponed just yet. California law allows prosecutors to take action in domestic violence cases even if the couple reunites, so we'll have to wait and see how all this unfolds!
