P. Diddy went on national television on Tuesday to let
Chris Brown and
Rihanna know that they have his support during this "dark time."
Chris and Rihanna reunited at P.Diddy’s $18 million mansion in Miami to "work through their issues" two weeks ago. His ultra private home served as the ideal meeting spot for the couple, but he was not involved in the actual reconciliation.
"I don't cast a judgment on anybody," Diddy said on Tuesday's
Ellen Degeneres' Show. "It's a dark time for them, and I'm there for support."
While he offered his support, he wanted to make it really clear that he doesn't want any girl out there thinking it's ok to go back to a guy who abused her.
"I don't think it's right for anybody to hit anybody," Diddy replied. "We know sometimes relationships get ugly ... we don't know exactly what's going on [with them]."
Adding, "We need to pray for them, and we need to do things to support them."
Diddy isn't the only one offering up his support. Just this past weekend
Oprah sent a message to battered women all over the world saying, "love doesn’t hurt. I've been saying this to women for years: 'If a man hits you once, he will hit you again.'"
