Chris Brown's Sentencing Postponed

The Chris Brown-Rihanna saga will never end! Chris was scheduled to receive sentencing today from a Los Angeles Superior Court judge, but it has since been postponed.

Judge Patricia M. Schnegg decided that more time was needed to figure out the details of the labor portion of his sentencing. She wants to make sure Chris does actual labor, and not just community service.

As you may recall, as part of Chris’ plea deal, he was ordered five years of probation, enrollment in a domestic violence counseling program and 180 days in a labor program in his home state of Virginia.

There were reports that there was going to be changes made to his restraining order but as Hollyscoop reported exclusively, it will remain a level one order, which means he has to stay at least 50 yards away from her at all times, except at industry events in which case he has to stay at least 10 yards away.

Her attorney Donald Etra said in an exclusive statement to Hollyscoop, "A level one order is sufficient for my client. The order will require Chris to not molest, annoy, or harass Rihanna. Since the inception of the case, we've always believed that that's the only order required."

Hollyscoop can also confirm that Chris won't be making an appearance on Larry King Live tonight. Sources close to Chris' and Larry King's camp tell Hollyscoop exclusively that "Chris won't be on Larry King tonight, but there is a possibility he may be on later this week."

Sentencing has no been postponed until the end of the month. The date of the new hearing is now August 27th.

This story has over stayed its' welcome. Delays cost tax payers more money and as the guilty wait for the results, the results seem to become less severe. Get this issue done so the justice system can waste time and tax payers money on other items. WE'LL NEVER GET WHAT WE PAY FOR.

Are these people in the justice system all morons or what? If everyone else constantly postponed everything to do with their jobs....we would all be fired!
