Breezy is heading back to court, just not yet...
Chris Brown's scheduled appearance in court Monday has been postponed. The Los Angeles District Attorney's office has delayed the proceedings for a week.
According to the Associate Press, Brown was due back in court on Monday where his probation was to be reviewed by a judge. The postponed hearing is now scheduled for Monday, September 24 at 2 p.m.
An audit of Brown's community service was ordered earlier this summer.
At the time of the settlement, Brown was sentenced to complete six months' worth of community service, ranging from graffiti removal, to roadside cleanup, to various forms of manual labor.
Breezy pleaded guilty to felony assault for beating the “We Found Love” singer after photos surfaced showing her battered and bruised face.
Though Brown has reportedly received praise about completing his community service sentence, a prosecutor has raised concerns about how many hours he actually did…
After all, he has been spending the majority of his time lately in the tattoo parlor…
Brown has been making headlines for two recent tattoos that he was on the receiving end of: A woman’s face on his neck and a F16 fighter jet on his chest.
Each tattoo has speculators wondering if they are tributes to his ex, with the face resembling RiRi and the jet looking suspiciously like her spanking new goddess Isis tattoo, also on her chest.
Brown’s rep has since denied that the ink has any connection to Rihanna at all.
