Chris Brown has been MIA lately, staying out of the public eye unless he needs to show up for a court hearing. But that hasn't stopped media outlets from speculating about his life.
Earlier today there were reports that had surfaced on the internet that Chris had been receiving death threats from a certain group who calls themselves the Women’s Protection Action League.
But a source close to Chris Brown's camp tells Hollyscoop exclusively that there is "no truth" to the rumors.

The Chicago Sun-Times authorities believed the threats were legitimate, and Chris has since hired a team of bodyguards who are now very visible wherever he goes.
The source told the
Sun-Times that Chris is “totally paranoid” and has since become obsessed with his security. There had been reports that the potential assassin could be disguised as a paparazzi.
Luckily the entire story was fabricated and Chris isn't under any real threat.
