Chris Brown isn't legally allowed to contact his ex girlfriend
Rihanna, but there's no rules against him reaching him out to her via Twitter.
According to
Popeater, Chris posted a link on his Twitter page to a song that clearly reminded him of his ex. "IM SORRY YALL. JUST HAD TO POST IT."
The couple broke up back in February after he attacked her at a Pre-Grammy party, and while he isn't allowed to contact her, she's clearly still on his mind.
