Some girl is alleging that Chris Brown stole her iPhone, but hey, it coulda been worse…
Brown allegedly took Christal Spann’s $500 smart phone after she took a picture of him sitting in the back of the car. He reportedly told her:
"Bitch, you're not gonna put that on the internet.”
Which would be a great title for his autobiography, by the way. ‘Bitch You’re Not Gonna Put That On The Internet: The Chris Brown Story.’
Anyway, a source told RadarOnline:
"Chris is telling friends that he has done nothing wrong. Chris is hopeful that the evidence and the true facts of the case will result in no charges being made against him. Chris is letting his lawyer, Mark Geragos, deal with the Florida State's Attorney's Office.”
So Brown has hired a high-profile, pitbull attorney for this cell phone thing. And we all know, nothing looks more guilty than hiring a high-profile, pitbull attorney, but as Chris Rock put it:
“Yeah but you going home! You want to look innocent in jail? I’d rather look guilty at the mall.”
The source continued: "Chris will do whatever his attorney asks him to do. He is no longer in the Miami, but if he needs to return for any reason, he certainly will. Chris has nothing to hide."
The main thing Chris is worried about is that the incident might lead to a revoke in his probation.
"The conditions of his felony probation are very, very strict. Chris must obey all laws and not be arrested for any other crimes. This could be a huge nightmare for his probation if he is arrested and charged.”
