Chris Brown Expected in Court Today

Almost a month after Rihanna was allegedly assaulted in a domestic violence case, Chris Brown is set to appear in court today to face charges.

Though he has yet to be formally charged with any offence, he is required to appear in court based on a date set after his arrest on February 8th.

According to reports, the District Attorney has declined to comment whether or not Brown will be charged, but his attorney Mark Geragos is negotiating a possible plea deal with the DA in hopes to keep his client out of jail.

Like we reported yesterday, Rihanna is unlikely to press charges against Chris, for the couple reunited last weekend and spent time together at P.Diddy's Miami home.

And in case you're wondering how the paps happened to know Chris was in Miami that day, according to the New York Post, he tipped them off himself!

A source said, "Chris tipped off the photographers. He needs it to be out there that he and Rihanna are back together. His only chance for a career was if she got back together with him, and he wanted people to see them there."
