Chris Brown's legal problems are far from over. His assault case with
Rihanna is still pending and he's facing another legal assault from a photographer who was attacked by his bodyguards.
The photog is suing Brown for assault and battery and false imprisonment after he was allegedly held down while trying to take photos of Brown playing basketball at a Los Angeles gym back in March, reports TMZ.
The photos were taken just a few weeks after Brown allegedly assaulted Rihanna, so his bodyguards were really sensitive about how was around Brown and how he was being photographed.
He denies charges of felony assault and making criminal threats, but if he's convicted, he faces almost five years behind bars. Jeez, two assault cases against you in less than 6 months? That can't be good! Do you think he'll actually serve jail time for any of the assault cases?
