Chris Brown was arrested (again) for beating someone up (again) over the weekend.
Yesterday at 4:30 a.m., Chris got into an argument with a man outside the W Hotel in Washington D.C. and punched him square in the face. Chris was then taken into police custody and booked for felony assault.
According to TMZ, the victim and his friend were outside the hotel when they saw Chris taking photos with two female fans.
The two males then photobombed the picture and that’s when the argument broke out and Chris assaulted one of the men, throwing a punch and breaking his nose. The victim went to the hospital and could have surgery as early as today.
Before the violent confrontation, Chris also allegedly said, “I’m not into this gay sh*t, I’m into boxing.”
Chris’ camp have their own version of what happened. Sources close to the singer told TMZ the alleged victim was actually trying to get on Chris’ tour bus and that the singer was attempting to stop the trespasser.
Chris is still currently behind bars; he will appear before a magistrate today in DC court. He’s also still on probation for assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, hours before the Grammys. If convicted, he could face up to four years behind bars.
