Rihanna and Chris Brown will face off in court today at a preliminary hearing and Rihanna is reportedly terrified.

Rihanna, who was allegedly left bruised and battered after the altercation in February, was subpoenaed in person and will give evidence at the hearing today at 1:45pm.

Chris Brown's attorney is looking to delay next Monday’s preliminary hearing. Mark Geragos entered an appeal to the California Supreme Court in hopes to stall the case.

According to Reuters, Geragos wants the court to rule on the photograph of Rihanna that leaked from the LAPD.

Back in May, Superior Court judge Patricia Schnegg denied the request, saying it was too early in the case to address the issue.
