FHM Crowns Cheryl Cole Sexiest Woman Alive

The votes are in! FHM has crowned their new girl! Cheryl Cole of Girls Aloud has just been named the 2009 Sexiest Woman Alive.

She bumped Megan Fox, last year’s winner, down to the number two spot. This is a huge jump for Cheryl, who came in 7th place in 2008.

FHM editor Chris Bell says: "It's been a revolutionary year in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women In The World poll - as old favorites such as Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz are rejected in favor of a new wave of female talent."

Britney made a huge jump up this year, coming in at number 4, after placing at 31 last year. This is the first time in three years a British star has come first in the poll, which was voted on by almost 10 million readers!
