The votes are in! Tulisa has been named the Sexiest Woman in the World 2012 by readers of FHM magazine in the 18th year of the annual contest, snatching the title from Cheryl Cole’s and Rihanna’s grasp. Cheryl had to settle for second, and Rihanna took third for the second year in a row.

First off, just who the heck is Tulisa? In case you haven’t been paying attention because you were waiting on Jessica Simpson’s baby to arrive, the 23-year-old British hottie, born Tulisa Contostavlos, is a judge on the “X Factor UK”. More importantly, yes, the former N Dubz singer does have a sex tape controversy of an act with a previous boyfriend. (She now dates 21-year-old actor Jack O’Connell.)

Simon Cowell and Nicole Scherzinger Feuding on X-Factor

Which means several seasons from now, they'll be creepily kiss each other on the red carpet.

Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole replacement, Nicole Scherzinger, have been bickering on the judges’ panel. I'm sure it’s just staged passive-aggressive awkwardness with the attempt to keep ratings high, but it's entertaining nonetheless.

20 year-old Ivana Steelman got onstage and belted out "Big Spender" in a cheesy, trying-too-hard to be sexy way. Simon called her out on it, saying, "You remind me of Nicole. I think this is exactly what I would have seen with Nicole if she'd have been 20, auditioning for this show for the first time."
X-Factor Debuts: Simon Cowell Will 'Die Trying' to Beat 'American Idol'

After months of hype, The X-Factor finally had it's debut on Wednesday night. It started off on a touching note, with 13 year-old Rachel Crow as the first to audition. Simon Cowell asked her what she'd do with the $5 million prize.

"My family has like no money," she told the judges. "We live in a two-bedroom house, and I have six people in my family." She then added: "I'm a girl. I need my own bathroom."

I feel the poor girl, but I do find it funny that of all the things she could do and buy with several million dollars, her first thought is: "bathroom."

After blowing everyone away with Mercy, it was pretty unanimous. Paula Abdul responded:

Cheryl Cole Breaks Up With Ashley Cole: We're Done!

Talk about a short-lived reconciliation. Cheryl Cole and her ex-husband Ashley Cole are officially back off again.

Cheryl was hoping that her and Ashley would talk and slowly start to work on their marriage, but immediately canceled all talks after she found out he reportedly slept with flight attendant Kerry Meades just one month ago in Los Angeles.

Just a few days before he flew to Los Angeles to help Cheryl celebrate her birthday, he reportedly hooked up with Meades and now that Cheryl knows all the details, she’s absolutely livid.

A source said: “Once again Ashley appears to have outdone himself. Just as Cheryl’s getting back on track … he does this. She is humiliated.

“Ashley had organized a family gathering, a barbecue, for when he got back from pre-season training in the Far East. This has now been scrapped.
