American actress and comedian Chelsea Joy Handler was born on February 25, 1975 in Livingston, NJ. She is the youngest of six children. Chelsea is the host of Chelsea Lately on E! She has written two books that are NY Times best sellers. She regularly appeared on Girls Behaving Badly.
The Chelsea Lately show offers a unique style of comedy and has become a staple of E! late-night television. Handler is currently dating Comcast CEO Ted Harbert.
