Chelsea Clinton's wedding is going to be the social event of the year. The who's who of politics and A-listers will all rub elbows at the million-dollar bash, but one important figure wasn't invited.
"I was not invited to the wedding," President Barack Obama said on ABC's The View, airing Thursday, "because I think Hillary and Bill, properly, want to keep this thing for Chelsea and her soon-to-be husband."
And that'll work out well for everybody at Saturday's ceremony, he joked, People reports.
"You don't want two presidents at one wedding!" Obama said. "All the secret service, guests going through [metal detectors], all the gifts being torn apart."
He actually has a good point. Talk about stealing the bride’s thunder!
