According to Peoplemagazine, Chelsea and Marc said "I Do" in front of 400 guests at the Astor Courts.
The gorgeous bride wore a dress designed by Vera Wang, a family friend, who was also in attendance.
Shortly after the ceremony, President Clinton and Secretary of State Clinton released a statement. "Today, we watched with great pride and overwhelming emotion as Chelsea and Marc wed in a beautiful ceremony at Astor Courts, surrounded by family and their close friends.
"We could not have asked for a more perfect day to celebrate the beginning of their life together, and we are so happy to welcome Marc into our family. On behalf of the newlyweds, we want to give special thanks to the people of Rhinebeck for welcoming us and to everyone for their well-wishes on this special day."
Congrats to the happy couple!

"I was not invited to the wedding," President Barack Obama said on ABC's The View, airing Thursday, "because I think Hillary and Bill, properly, want to keep this thing for Chelsea and her soon-to-be husband."
And that'll work out well for everybody at Saturday's ceremony, he joked, People reports.
"You don't want two presidents at one wedding!" Obama said. "All the secret service, guests going through [metal detectors], all the gifts being torn apart."
He actually has a good point. Talk about stealing the bride’s thunder!

Bill and Hillary Clinton's daughter is officially engaged to be married to Marc Mezvinsky, a banker and fellow Stanford alumni.
He's the son of former Iowa congressman Ed Mezvinsky and former Pennsylvania congresswoman Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinksy, so it looks like they have a lot in common.
According to People magazine, on Friday, the pair sent out an e-mail to friends and family, saying: "We're sorry for the mass email but we wanted to wish everyone a belated Happy Thanksgiving! We also wanted to share that we are engaged!
"We didn't get married this past summer despite the stories to the contrary, but we are looking toward next summer and hope you all will be there to celebrate with us. Happy Holidays! Chelsea & Marc."
Congrats to the happy couple!
