Charlize Theron Settles Watch Lawsuit

Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron has had enough of the legal battles with the Raymond Weil watch company.

Instead of continuing to battle it out, Charlize and Weil settled the $20 million lawsuit stemming from February 2007 that claimed breach of contract.

Charlize signed a deal to exclusively endorse their luxury watches, but didn’t keep up her end of the deal. When she was photographed in gorgeous Christian Dior and Montblanc watches, the legal troubles ensued.

The company claims that they spent millions using her image to help sell their watches. They won’t disclose the dollar amount of the settlement, but we assume it’s probably not pocket change.
