Hollywood is the only town where you can insult your boss, threaten the lives of several people around you, call in “drugged up” to work repeatedly, and still have a good shot at getting your job back.
Michael J. Fox recently defended Charlie Sheen on Entertainment Tonight, saying “They should let him go back to work and he should do his job, which he’s uniquely qualified to do. He’s a talented man, he’s a good guy and I’d like to see him go back.”
After that response:
REPORTER: So, you’re friends with Charlie Sheen?
FOX: Charlie Sheen? I thought we were talking about Jon Cryer.
Sheen starred in the sitcom Spin City in its fifth and sixth season, after Fox left to focus on raising awareness of Parkinson’s.
Fox continued, “You never know what goes on between a man and his network! It's private territory, so we don't know the ins and outs of that relationship and we don't know the ins and outs of Charlie's mind. I just wish the best for him."
