Charlie Sheen's New Sitcom Based on 'Anger Management'

Charlie Sheen's new show will be based on the movie Anger Management. Which is going to be tough for Charlie, because he's so calm and normal. I don’t know if he can pull off a crazy guy with anger issues.

Sheen hinted at details to paparazzi, revealing that Joe Roth would be producing the show and that it was based on a recent movie of his with the initials "A.M."

Sources directly involved in the project revealed the details to TMZ. Charlie's character will be an ex-jock who gets his master's degree in social work during the off-season. He then becomes a counselor to defendants in the criminal justice system who have anger problems. And yes, Charlie's character will have his own anger issues. At least getting into character won't be a problem.

The deal is with Lionsgate and while it's not done, it is in the final stages of negotiations. Roth and Sheen have worked together on five projects. Let's hope they have a better relationship than Sheen did with Chuck Lorre.

In the meantime, Sheen is enjoying life by going to a Gathering of The Juggalos concert. Seems fitting. Sheen tweeted:

"Heading to the Insane Clown Posse’s 12th Annual Gathering Of The Juggalos!! 8/13/11 WHY..? Cause I’m down with the clown. Whoop!! Whoop!!”

Those concerts are notoriously dangerous and weird, as Tila Tequila was beaten up with rocks, firecrackers and feces when she went.
